American DollHouses are fully collapsible for easy storage and clean up. They are light enough for children 8 and older to assemble or put away on their own. As a result this doll house does not need to be a permanent fixture in your house; you can easily pull the unit out and in seconds reassemble for play.
Each doll house system comes with two walls and a floor mat. The walls are made of a light weight durable substrate made in the USA that can handle being assembled and reassembled by children. The custom watercolor graphics are printed directly to the substrate and can handle gentle cleaning. You do not need to worry about pealing images or graphics with the quality printing applied directly to the board.
A unique feature about this doll house is that is fully accessible for full 360 degree play, every side has quality graphics. Because the doll house provides 360 degree play area multiple children can play simultaneously. The four room model can handle 2 to 6 children comfortably while the smallest unit can handle 2 children easily. Traditional doll houses only allow for one child at time, here play dates; friends and siblings can all enjoy and play together. A great back drop for young girls imaginations to rein freely.
The floor mat features two different inlay-ed wood floor designs to be used with “Kitchen Bouquet” and “Out of the Blue”, along with timeless dark hardwood floors for the other two rooms. The mat extends 6” inches from the wall edges to allow for extended play space.
Dimensions: Floor mat 36” x 60”, Long wall 48” x 24”, Short wall 14” x 24” (when assembled, each room is 24” x 12”, not including floor mat). Overall doll house wall area is 48″ x 24″ x24″ fully assembled. It is 24″ tall when assembled.
