Shipping for Christmas

If you place an order by Monday morning, December 19th (by 10 AM Central Time), our UPS representatives tell us, you will get your package before Christmas.

Shipping

We process our orders as promptly as possible.  To calculate your delivery date, start from the the first business day after your order is placed (business days are Monday through Friday, excluding Holidays).  We do not guarantee delivery by third party providers.  Please use the days listed by the shipping company as a guide and whenever possible allow a few extra days.  Rush shipping is available for most items and addresses for an additional cost. Use guaranteed rush shipping to ensure arrival by a specific date if needed.

We currently do not ship outside of the United States.  Please feel free to contact customer service for assistance with special circumstances.  We are happy to help.

Please note:  In accordance with Illinois sales tax code/law, if you are ordering outside the State of Illinois and have the product delivered to an address within the State of Illinois, by law we must charge you Illinois sales tax.

Items Shipped Individually

Due to our products being manufactured in multiple states and different sizes, items will be shipped separately.

1. Doll Houses are shipping from Illinois.
2. Doll House furniture is shipping from Minnesota.
3. Doll House accessories are shipping from Illinois, but separate from the doll house structure.

In an attempt to keep all manufacturing costs effective and Made in America, our system will remain as is until further notice.  In the future we will attempt to consolidate orders into one shipment. Therefore, please be aware that you will receive multiple packages if you order more than 2 items.
