Returns and Promises at American DollHouses
Our Promise:
- Our goal is to provide quality products that we would allow our own children to have. We will never knowingly use anything that could be deemed harmful to children in any of our products.
- Whenever possible we will have it “Made in the USA”.
- If you are not happy with something, please let us know. The answer is “yes” to any reasonable request.
Return: Although we may try to make everyone happy, the unfortunate reality is sometimes that just won’t happen. If you are not happy with what you received or it is not what you expected, we will take it back if it is undamaged. Merchandise will be accepted for return within 30 days of receipt. The merchandise must be in new and unused condition and in its original packaging.
Your order must be returned in order to receive full product credit, your shipping costs will not be refunded. Contact customer service for help or assistance in processing a return.
Damaged Returns: If your product arrives damaged from the shipping company please do not accept it — please refuse delivery. If you have already accepted delivery and then find the product is damaged, please contact our customer service department as soon as possible. Please save all packaging material and paperwork from the shipping company to help us expedite the claim with the shipping company.
