Frequently Asked Questions:

  1. Is Caitlin’s hair really purple?  Yes, with red highlights!
  2. How do you cancel an order?  Contact customer service as soon as possible.  If the package hasn’t been shipped we can cancel the order.  However, once it has been shipped, we can no longer cancel the order.
  3. For what age children do you recommend your doll houses?  My four-year-old son loves playing with his big sister’s doll house and it is quite safe for him to do so. However, he cannot assemble or disassemble the doll house because it’s as big as him.  We recommend the age 8 and up for assembling and disassembling of the dollhouses.  Children younger should have adult supervision for setting up and taking down of the doll house for storage.
